Officer Dennis Leonard is a Illinois State Certified Part-Time Police Officer completing 480 hours of mandatory supervised training. Dennis is a 1988 graduate of the Illinois State Police Academy and former full-time Rochester Police Officer. Officer Leonard served with the United States Army from 1983 through 1986 where he was a member of the Military Police Corps, completing his tour with an Honorable Discharge. Officer Leonard works full-time with the State of Illinois Health Care and Family Services Administration, as a Public Service Administrator. He currently serves as the Contract Administrator and Statewide Facility Manager. Officer Leonard is a 1978 graduate of Rochester High School and resides with his family in Rochester.
