Officer Mike Rawlings has served with the Rochester Police Department since July of 2006. After graduating from Jacksonville High School in 2000, he entered Western Illinois University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement Justice Administration, and a Minor in Psychology and Sociology in 2005. Officer Rawlings completed his Basic Law Enforcement Training at the University of Illinois, Police Training Institute in October of 2006. He is a Certified Juvenile Officer, a Certified Breath Alcohol Test Operator and a Bike Patrol Officer. He is Certified in SWAT/CQB Operations.
