Officer Stoll has served with the Rochester
Police Department since October, 2003. After graduating from Centralia
High School, he entered Illinois College. He earned Bachelor's Degrees
in Political Science, and History. During his tenure at Illinois
College, he lettered all (4) years in Football. Officer Stoll is a
certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, as well as a Certified Gambling
Counselor. He worked for (3) years as a Counselor before accepting his
current position with the Rochester Police Department. Officer Stoll
graduated from the Illinois State Police Academy (Basic Training) in
December of 2003. Since that time, he has been Certified in Basic SWAT/CQB,
Truck Weight Enforcement, and as a Breath Alcohol Test Operator. He is
also a Certified Gracie Ground Fighting Instructor.
